Galaxy S7 edge SM-G935V Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Firmware
You must always use the newest firmware updates as it includes new or enhanced features, several bug-fixes, device security, and other system improvements. Downgrading the device from Android 7.0 Nougat to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow is no longer advisable.
